Enhancing the Gynecological Teaching Associate/Male Urogenital Teaching Associate Evaluation Forms

Students evaluating their teaching associates through the evaluation survey did not provide enough valuable feedback about their experience. The original survey contained open-ended questions where students left generic responses about their satisfaction with their GTA/MUTA. The Sentara Center for Healthcare Simulation and Immersive Learning (SCSIL) asked the me to restructure the survey to obtain more appropriate feedback from student evaluators. The survey was changed from an open-ended format to Likert scales with questions that specifically evaluated the knowledge, teaching style, and professionalism of the GTA/MUTAs.
