Creation of Simulation Technician Job Aids

The position of Simulation Technician is known to have a high turnover rate. This introduces a problem where new hires struggle to adapt to a fast-paced environment when setting up essential simulators to train medical students The Sentara Center for Healthcare Simulation and Immersive Learning (SCSIL)tasked me with creating job aids to streamline setting up simulation trainers. Fifteen job aids were made for the most common simulation-based training procedures. These job aids were designed to enable novices to efficiently set up these trainers without referencing any external manuals.
