Old Dominion University Website Evaluation

In Spring 2022, Old Dominion University took the initiative to redesign the school website. We were approached to suggest design changes using human-centered methodologies. The methods used were heuristic analysis of the old website, contextual inquiries with end-users, and card sorting techniques to capture a student perspective of necessary website features. These design changes were implemented into the new psychology website design.
